ANNOUNCEMENTS:
Due to the extreme cold impacting most of the USA we are unable to ship until conditions improve in the Continental Areas of the US. This impacts the seeds as well. We will ship once these extreme arctic storms have passed. Its looking like we might have a window in a week. I apologize for this delay, we want to ensure that you will get a living plant :)
We have survived Hurricanes Debbie, Helene, and Milton. Hurricane Helene gave us very intense 75 mph winds, took out my caapi pergola and the jacaranda the caapi was growing into. We have some windows and a door that needs to be replaced but otherwise we escaped with minimal damage in comparison to the rest of the region. Hurricane Milton gave us 100mph winds which took out our power and water for 5 days made a mess of the jungle but again minimal damage in comparison to the rest of the region. I appreciate the patience as we deal with the stress of the clean up and the support so that we can keep doing what we're doing. We have reduced prices of several of our plants to help fund the fixes we need to the greenhouse, the pergola, and the house.
Please support charities who are helping recovery efforts from Hurricane Helene and Hurricane Milton. Florida is not the only place that needs help. North Carolina was hit harder by Helene than my region and needs a lot of help. Please donate.
'24 was again a very busy year for me working on completion of my license for my main job, I have one exam left (still)... I appreciate your support, the volume has been challenging at times for me to deal with. We are still trying to ship twice a month on Mondays. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
About Us
Chokma(Hello)! Originally founded in the late 1990's by my mother, we are a small nursery in Florida offering some of the rarest plants in the world, and helping preserve plants on a 3 acre miniature botanical garden. This is not my fulltime job, as such I respond when I can, but can be a little slow. We are Chickasaw Nation Citizens and have a focus on preservation of important botanicals and culture to indigenous peoples.

Shipping Policy
We take extra care in protecting our packages to ensure safe delivery. Your plant will be secured to the box with tape and the filled with filler so that it has cushion. Seeds are shipped protected from being crushed. We ship out on Mondays, Tuesdays the latest Twice a month.
Return Policy
If the plant arrives dead please provide photos and will either replace or refund. If there is damage to the plant depending on the cause we will refund/replace. We may ask for the original plant to be returned with shipping (paid for by me). If you are unhappy with the plant and would like a replacement, we will ask that you ship us back the plant at my expense and we will replace.
